Our Love Story

Over 20 years ago, husband and wife duo, José and Malena Coronel, brought their shared love of South American cuisine together to create La Fiesta Catering. Both coming from a long line of Latin American chefs, they set out to provide the same impeccable service filled with the warmth, graciousness, and integrity of their heritage. Today, they maintain this promise while keeping the concept fresh, exciting and cutting edge.

Ecuadorian style Pulled Pork either as a sandwich or a meal topped with freshly made onion, cilantro and diced tomato salsa and served with a side of Tortilla de Papa.

Beef Steak

Served with rice, beans and avocado.

Seafood Paella

Made in a giant skillet. Mixed with fresh rosemary, garlic and garnished with a lemon wedge.

Empanadas

A twist on the traditional Latin American empanadas. You choose the filling and we add the toppings.

Pulled Chicken

Ecuadorian style. A La Fiesta original. Served either as a sandwich or a meal topped with onions, cilantro and tomato salsa with a side of Tortilla de Papa
